Mental Health in the Workplace - A Panel Discussion

In today's workplace landscape, the impacts of mental health issues can be felt across all departments and levels in the organizational structure. HR leaders are at the helm of managing these issues and crafting policies and strategies that both support their workforce (and their families) and also keep the company compliant and productive. This interactive panel session is designed to help managers and leaders build a better understandnig of mental health (i.e. Depression and Addiction) and the impact on the workplace and the HR role. Particpants will gain strategies to manage and mitigate the impact of mental health on employees, employers and the workplace overall.

This workshop will help you:

• Deepen your understanding of mental health and gain strategies to manage it in the workplace
• Identify the behaviors that could be the signs of other underlying issues that can impact the workplace
• Recognize how HR can support a bias free workplace
• Maintain compliance while also focusing on the overall well being of your employees
