Speaker: Kyle Pardo, Vice President of Consulting Services at AIM – Associated Industries of MA
The Massachusetts Pay Equity Law became effective in July of 2018. Let's take a closer look at what we have learned since the law went into effect and what companies should be focused on TODAY to maintain compliance and have 'best practices' in place. This program will cover the basic requirements of the MA Pay Equity Law, tips for managing this process on an ongoing basis, guidance for developing an overall compensation structure and a review of current pay equity court cases. We will also discuss other factors including minimum wage increases and low unemployment, and how they may be impacting the compensation in your organization.
