Polish National Credit Union Welcomes Joseph Kulig as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer
Chicopee, MA – Polish National Credit Union (PNCU) proudly welcomes Joseph Kulig as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer. A lifelong Western Massachusetts resident and respected figure in the local business community, Kulig brings more than 30 years of financial experience and a deeply personal commitment to helping local businesses grow and thrive.
Known for his collaborative approach and strong relationship-building skills, Kulig has spent his career focused on creating tailored financial solutions that support the unique goals of each business he works with. He is passionate about fostering long-term partnerships and takes pride in being a trusted advisor to his clients.
Kulig’s leadership style is rooted in service, accountability, and authenticity—qualities that have earned him the respect of peers and business owners alike. Outside of the office, Kulig is actively involved in the community. He currently serves as Treasurer of the West of the River Chamber and is a member of the Chamber’s Economic Development Committee and was a former member of the West Springfield Rotary Club. He’s also a founding member and past president of Revitalize CDC and has dedicated years of service to local youth sports organizations, including the West Springfield Youth Soccer and Lacrosse Associations.
Kulig holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Western New England College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Based out of PNCU’s Westfield Loan Center, Kulig looks forward to continuing his mission of helping businesses across the region access smart, customized lending solutions backed by personalized support and community-driven values..
